Explore the untamed beauty of Corcovado on a guided jungle tour you’ll never forget.
5:30 a.m. – Depart by skiff/boat to Sirena Station.
- During the ride across the Pacific, we’ll enjoy the scenery and, with luck, spot spotted or bottlenose dolphins.
- During whale season, it’s possible to admire these ocean giants that migrate more than 9,000 km to the warm waters of the Pacific and the Golfo Dulce.
7:10 a.m. – Arrive at Sirena beach; check in with the park ranger.
- Time to use restrooms, put on proper footwear, and refill water bottles.
8:00 a.m. – Begin the guided hike along Sirena’s trails.
- Nature will surprise you at every step in this natural paradise.
- We’ll take 1–2 breaks during the hike depending on the group’s pace.
11:00 a.m. – Return to Sirena Station to enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch.
- Optional: purchase coffee, ice cream, desserts, or juices (cash or card recommended).
11:40 a.m. – Head back to the beach, the meeting point with the boat.
1:00 p.m. – Board the boat for the return trip.
2:30 p.m. – Estimated arrival in Puerto Jiménez.

- 05:40 a.m. – Check-in in front of Rancho Corcovado
06:00 a.m. – Departure
7:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Jungle hike (wildlife watching)
11:00 a.m. – Lunch at Sirena Station
12:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Boat back to Puerto Jiménez (same timing applies for Drake Bay)
2:30 p.m. – Arrival in Puerto Jiménez
2:10 p.m. – Arrival in Drake Bay
Requirements & Restrictions
No minimum age.
Restrictions: Not recommended for people with knee/back problems.
We recommend you bring:
Rubber boots.
Dry season: Hiking shoes or sneakers; water shoes for disembarking; insect repellent; rain jacket/poncho; toiletries; towel; sunscreen; sunglasses; cap/hat. If you have any medical condition, please mention it and bring any necessary medication.
